Europe’s leading provider of credit management services has undergone a change of image to reflect its new business emphasis.
Intrum Justitia has replaced its blue logo with a green emblem to symbolise the company’s greater concentration on customer service and staff development. The visual rebranding follows a period of sustained growth and comes as the firm embarks on another phase of change.
Owen James, Intrum Justitia’s UK Managing Director, said the change in colour matched a strategic shift in the company’s operations. ”Just as the logo has turned from blue to green, so we have moved from merely delivering products to providing solutions.
”Tradtionally, Intrum Justitia has been associated with debt collection but we are able to assist clients in a wide variety of sectors with a complete range of credit management services.
We also feel that the new logo embodies not only our ability to drive both organic and financial growth but our becoming an increasingly progressive and more attractive working environment.”
Intrum Justitia was formed 80 years ago in Sweden and has grown to handle 90,000 clients. The company, which still has its corporate headquarters in Stockholm, has 2,900 employees and is able to cover the entire credit management chain, from basic credit information through to debt surveillance and sales ledger services.
Fanny Wallér, the company’s newly-appointed Chief Marketing Officer said the new identity would be employed across the 24 European countries in which it operates.
“The goal is to create a more unified company with a shared vision. Over the course of the past year, we have embarked on a programme to make greater use of the synergies of our different markets. An important part of communicating Intrum Justitia’s commitment to this change has been to launch a new and consistent graphic profile.”
