Help for vulnerable customers

If you find yourself in vulnerable circumstances, there are specialist organisations that can help.

At Intrum we are committed to helping vulnerable customers. Our Customer Care Team have received specialist training to give the best customer experience and support for those dealing with, for example mental or physical health issues. We will always treat customers with sensitivity, confidentiality and respect. 

Even if you are suffering from a short-term vulnerability or consider that your current circumstances may place you in a potentially vulnerable situation, our dedicated team may be able to help.

Cruse Bereavement Care
