We want to work with you to help you clear your debts. We will take your financial circumstances into account and set up an affordable payment plan that allows you to repay your debts. If you can’t afford to pay anything, we won’t ask you to pay and we will help you get free money advice.
I have a lot of debt, what do I do?
Get an overview of your account
By logging into the self-service portal you will have an overview of your account. You can use the income and expenditure tool to see how much you can afford to repay based on your income and outgoings.
You can set up monthly arrangements based on your income and expenditure or make one-off payments. Alternatively, you can speak to one of our customer service representatives.
