Who we are and what we do

At Intrum we are committed to helping vulnerable customers. Based in Reigate, our Customer Care Team have received specialist training to give the best customer experience for those dealing with mental or physical health issues. We will always treat customers with sensitivity and confidentiality.

It is important to us to keep improving. For the last four years we have been awarded Gold star rating by Investor in Customers – the highest score possible. This independent rating is decided by customer feedback.
