Josh - Quality Assurance Officer

I started out as an Online Customer Support Representative when I joined in July 2019, having been referred by a friend of mine. I had just finished travelling and I was ready for a new opportunity.

The role of Online Customer Support Representative mainly entails handling all correspondence from customers such as letters and emails.

I really enjoy working at Intrum and would recommend it to anyone.

As a Quality Assurance Officer, we have a range of different responsibilities, but the main one being quality monitoring and providing feedback to all stakeholders within the Quality Assurance process. We liaise with clients to ensure we are aligned with their expectations, whilst continuing to maintain high standards. One of the reasons I enjoy being a Quality Assurance Officer is the exposure it gives you to the rest of the business.
