2025 is our fifth year of reporting for Intrum UK Limited, and our second year for Capquest Debt Recovery Limited. Please see our full report below

Since our last report, the ensuing 12 months has focussed on transformation and harmonisation initiatives between our two entities: Intrum UK Limited, and Capquest Debt Recovery Limited.

At the government defined ‘snapshot date’ of 05 April 2025, both entities exceeded the minimum threshold of 250 employees required to undertake gender pay gap reporting. The pay periods for both entities are monthly and, as such, our calculations are based on the payroll month of April 2025.

We are proud to promote a culture of inclusivity and collaboration. Regardless of background, our employees should feel empowered and equal across all departments and positions, and feel that they have the opportunity to succeed. In our September 2024 employee survey, 94% of our employees felt that they are treated fairly regardless of gender, and 92% of employees felt that all employees have the same access to opportunities regardless of gender. I am also pleased to say that we are able to demonstrate an almost even split of males and females across the business at 48% and 52% respectively (at year end 2024).
